By law we were entitled to a free item. Instead of respectfully listening to my husband, they pushed back hard and belittled us. There are many much better supermarkets in this area. They need to realize their competition and clean up their act, before they get shut down and turned into another CVS! The nasty customer service people are unemployed.

The conversation he was having with the woman at the bakery was way more important to him than anything else. When I asked if someone was at customer services I was treated as if I was bothering him by asking a question.. I am sorry but if you are dressed in acme stuff I would assume you are on acme time and should be willing to help costumers..
