Been here several times with my partner and the ramen is always consistent. I usually get the inferno ramen and it's always great. The bubble tea is also good and they have a lot of flavor options!

We went on a Wednesday at 12pm for the all-you-can-eat option, but were told that “the menu wasn’t ready.” We weren’t really sure what that meant, but okay, we ordered from the regular menu instead. We ordered two special rolls and two udons. The rolls were very disappointing. First, they were extremely small, about the size of my fingertip. Second, each special roll came with only 6 pieces instead of the 8 pieces I usually see at other sushi restaurants. There was no indication on the menu that the special rolls would only have 6 pieces. If you check the photos in the Google reviews, the special rolls are shown with 8 pieces, yet ours came with only 6 pieces each. Why?? 15$ each roll but the size and portion of regular maki rolls for 7$.. it was frustrating One of the rolls was also supposed to come with tobiko on top, but it didn’t. Why?? I would expect a restaurant to have consistent standards for its specialty rolls, including portion size and ingredients. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. Hopefully, others have better luck than we did.

I had been excited to try this place out, as it has a good variety of foods for AYCE. First order came out quickly, and enjoyed the dim sum and the katsu chicken. Sushi was not worth it, especially as they charge extra for being able to order sashimi. Multiple items were out stock on the menu, and the machines advertised on the website are broken, based on other reviews it seems like they have been for some time. Waited incredibly long for any other order to come out, and when it did the fish was poor quality, some pieces tasted like they were on the turn and others had clearly just been defrosted. I would like to say I was able to try to the namesake ramen but I unfortunately was unable to, despite being told multiple times it was coming, it never did. I had been waiting for it before ordering more food, so I feel like I was deliberately timed out of ordering any more, which is a very deceptive practice for an all you can eat menu. Any attempts to resolve the issue were met with disinterest, so I sadly cannot recommend this place in any capacity.

X Ramen was about 1/3 full on a Friday night, but staff could not keep up with orders. Some orders were never received. Our tables was not cleared between servings. After over 2 hours, every member of our "all you can eat" party left hungry. I asked for a discount on the bill; it was not granted.

Such a fun experience trying new dishes! The food came out hot and quick, and the red bean and sesame balls were our favorite - we liked them better than ones we’ve tried in China town!
