- VRVivian Rios2 days ago1.0On July 2, 2025, I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Dunkin' location in Southport, CT. The situation began when I was not directed to either the first or second drive-thru window for payment, which created confusion. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the staff mocked me. I was then wrongly accused of hitting the vehicle behind me. Despite there being no damage, bumps, or scratches to either vehicle, I fully cooperated and confidently provided my information. Throughout the incident, my passenger witnessed employees making a joke of the situation, laughing, joking, and speaking among themselves in a language we could not understand while the matter was being addressed. Regardless of what language employees speak, customers should never be made to feel as though they are being ridiculed or treated disrespectfully. Afterward, I called the store to speak with a manager, but I received only a vague response suggesting that the manager was unavailable. This experience reflected a serious lack of professionalism and customer service. Based on how I was treated, I will not return to this location, nor will I recommend it to others. Unfortunately, this store already has a poor reputation, and my experience only reinforced that impression. I will be sharing my experience with others throughout Fairfield County so they can make informed decisions about where to spend their money.
