Getting the closing shift teenager boys to do their job is like trying to push a boulder up a hill. God forbid you ask them to remake an incorrectly made drink, youd have a better chance talking to corporate about getting a refund than actually getting them to do anything.

- AUA Google UserMar 23, 20261.0The girl working today with red looking hair and face piercings was so unhygienic. Her hair was filled with dandruff and loose from her pony tail with no hat. No hairnet or anything. She was rude on top of it, and I watched her touch the whipped cream on my coffee and then wipe it on her oversized hoodie. No handwashing and no remaking my drink she touched! Threw it right in the garbage. The boy working was wearing a full uniform so I’m guessing it’s mandatory, meanwhile she’s basically in pajamas looking like she hasn’t showered in weeks. Will not be returning during her shifts as that is gross for a food establishment.
