- JBJess BurrMay 15, 20263.0This morning I ordered a decaf iced coffee, and a sourdough sandwich. The biggest issue/ concern with my order is that I was given a fully caffeinated iced coffee. I can't put into words the border line torture a person goes through when they have caffeine but shouldnt..this happens constantly with dunkin's. Having worked at this location 20+ years ago I understand if they are forced to rush by the timer at the drive thru window, but there needs to be more attention to detail. I can't express how scary it is to have the amount of electricity a coffee gives to a body that does not want caffeine; not to mention the horrible hangover when it leaves the blood stream. There needs to be consequences for the neglect.. the staff seemed friendly, but the young man that made the sandwich was extremely overwhelmed. However, that was rush time 7AM. It's now almost 2 pm and Im still feeling like I can't focus or relax. This needs to be addressed with young employees!

I am always greeted by a friendly employee. I appreciate whoever is running this Dunkin because it very obviously is not just corporate run, there is someone behind it who is putting time and effort in. Apparently Liz the woman working the drive through thought my order was annoying or too much work for her to figure out pricing. She forgot to turn off her microphone and with a huge snarky attitude scoffs Really?.... Reaaally?... to her self and co worker while ringing us up. She obviously realized she messed up and tried to back pedal her way out of it but not fast enough for even my 9 year old daughter to comment wow what's her problem. Ill be driving up a exit and going to a different store from now on that can handle a order for family of 5 with out a attitude.
