- MAMatthew Allen3 days ago1.0From start to finish, this was an absolutely miserable experience. The woman who took my order was incredibly rude and had an attitude that was completely unnecessary. When it came time to pay, they simply shoved the card reader out the window and had me scan my card myself, then somehow still had the nerve to ask for a tip. A tip for what, exactly? The privilege of being treated poorly and operating a card reader myself? Unfortunately, the service wasn’t even the worst part. The coffee was absolutely disgusting. It tasted old, burnt, and stale. I took two sips and threw the entire thing out. I’m fairly certain the same woman who took my order was the one who made it, which honestly wouldn’t surprise me. What makes this especially disappointing is how far this location has fallen. Four years ago, this was one of the better Dunkin’ locations in the area. Now, it’s legitimately a contender for the worst. The decline in both customer service and product quality is pretty remarkable. I hate leaving negative reviews for a fast-food restaurant, but at some point the franchise owner needs to take accountability. This location clearly needs some serious attention from management. Train your staff, address the attitude problem, and for the love of God, make sure the coffee doesn’t taste like it’s been sitting around since 2022. Extremely disappointing experience. I won’t be rushing back.

- JBJess BurrMay 15, 20263.0This morning I ordered a decaf iced coffee, and a sourdough sandwich. The biggest issue/ concern with my order is that I was given a fully caffeinated iced coffee. I can't put into words the border line torture a person goes through when they have caffeine but shouldnt..this happens constantly with dunkin's. Having worked at this location 20+ years ago I understand if they are forced to rush by the timer at the drive thru window, but there needs to be more attention to detail. I can't express how scary it is to have the amount of electricity a coffee gives to a body that does not want caffeine; not to mention the horrible hangover when it leaves the blood stream. There needs to be consequences for the neglect.. the staff seemed friendly, but the young man that made the sandwich was extremely overwhelmed. However, that was rush time 7AM. It's now almost 2 pm and Im still feeling like I can't focus or relax. This needs to be addressed with young employees!
