  Well depends on who you get ... They have 1 person that CAN'T make a frozen coffee taste the same, regardless how many times they make it. The rest of the staff is GREAT!!!!!

  so this is my local dunkin, i go here at least once a week and haven’t had any issues up until a few months ago. there’s this one lady who works there, i’m not sure her name. she is (usually) absolutely the sweetest, but every time i get a drink made by her, it’s never mixed. i went to pick up my mobile order of a daydream refresher and she was in such a hurry (for no reason, i was the only car in line) she just handed me my drink at the window and ran off before i could even say anything. the drink wasn’t mixed. i tried knocking on the window, no one opened it. i tried honking, no one came. i pulled around the building to see there was a worker standing right next to the window (different worker than the one who handed me my drink) the entire time who was just sitting there on her phone ignoring me. so i pulled around around to the speaker again to ask for a straw, to which the lady who handed me my drink says (in a tone) “we don’t give out straws with drinks with a sipper top you have to ask for one, but come to the window.” uh ok… 1, you ran away from the window so fast after handing me my drink that there wasn’t even a chance for me to ask for one. 2, i wouldn’t need a straw if you made the drink correctly in the first place. i mean… what am i supposed to do with this? anyways if anyone from the store is reading this, please encourage and remind your employees to mix the drinks they make. i used to work at dunkin myself, there’s really no excuse for this.

  Every time I go there is something wrong with my order. Again today… couldn’t have made the order any simpler ( 2qty- $6 meals) but again they failed to add the meat on them. I then went to call and notify them of their error only to get recording that their voicemail has now yet been setup.

  Employee on shift was nasty at the drive through, made wrong size drink I asked her to fix, had an attitude I tasted the drink it tasted horrible. I returned and asked her to fix it correctly and she refused and began yelling at me saying it looks the way it does because the ice melted
