- RCRiley c4 days ago1.0Really disappointed with my experience at Chipotle tonight around 9 PM. The store was empty, but the younger employees were fooling around and refused to make my order. There was no rush or reason for the delay, and because they ignored the order for so long, my DoorDasher ended up leaving. Completely unprofessional and frustrating customer service.

Slow service, first prep guy wrote on my sons burrito when I got home the permanent marker was on the food because he ripped through it. My wife and I got tacos both the same but no consistency. One guy was rushing us through the line the other slow paced. They had us pay before we even done ordering. No management on site all kids. We won't be going back.

This manager is doing well … just not for the customers… If you really cared about your customers you would give me more than a few pieces chicken. I can basically count how many pieces I got!
