    This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at Chipotle. A short employee with a braid and red-dyed tips ends told us there was no lettuce, tomatoes, or corn, yet immediately served those same ingredients to customers behind us. we also had seen these ingredients on the back counter it just had seemed she was too lazy It felt dishonest and unfair. another young man had helped us and gave us what we were asking for She also gave us sarcastic looks and appeared to be laughing with coworkers while we were ordering, which was extremely unprofessional. Based on this experience, I believe management needs to seriously address her behavior and determine whether she is fit for a customer-facing position. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and honesty. Not even too mention there were no lids for the cups no hot sauces and trashes were overflowed and instead on changing them they were covered. Management Needs to resolve This immediately Thank you.

    This is by the worst Chipotle in existence. The two most recent times I went have been terrible. I waited 1 full hour for a mobile order. 20 minutes in they told me it would be 5 more minutes so I went grocery shopping across the street and came back 25 minutes later. They stilll hadn't gotten to my order. I waited another 15 minutes and finally asked for a refund because they told me it would be another 5 minutes. They refused and when I pushed harder and told them I had been waiting over an hour at this point they finally refunded me and still didn't even have my order on screen to cancel. In that time they helped a bunch of walk ins. This is absolutely unacceptable. Tonight, I went back and waited 50 minutes for my order. This is so wrong on so many levels. No apologies, no one doing anything. Multiple employees just walking around in the back while there were a half dozen mobile customers waiting. And to add insult to injury they butchered my order. I added a picture to show what I got. I will never go back to this location and someone needs to look into this place because this is incredible how awful they are.

    My son got us 3 burritos. My son's, my daughter's, and mine. Supposed to be with chicken. All we bit into was rice and beans and sour cream till about an inch from the bottom. 3 pieces of tiny chicken pieces! What a rip off. Shrinkflation, but "come-on""! Never again.

    Really disappointed with my experience at Chipotle tonight around 9 PM. The store was empty, but the younger employees were fooling around and refused to make my order. There was no rush or reason for the delay, and because they ignored the order for so long, my DoorDasher ended up leaving. Completely unprofessional and frustrating customer service.
