- RIRobert Dubovy IIISep 3, 20261.0If you would like to order a coffee and not receive it, this is the dunkin for you. If you would like your calm "excuse me, I think my cold brew might've gotten overlooked" to be met with an employee actively taking someone else's order across the room shouting that he "called it out three times bro" then this location is a must. If you would like multiple employees who were no where near where you were standing to claim that they saw the whole thing and that the coffee was made and called out multiple times despite the fact that the coffee is nowhere to be found and you have been actively watching every coffee go by, I can't recommend this place enough. It never did become clear how their explanation that someone else must've taken my coffee was supposed to absolve them from the responsibility to make sure I received it, but they insisted that I internalize it nevertheless. I've been stopping at this location pretty frequently but I think today was the last day.

Order an iced coffee with cream- one day it has 3 creams, the next its just 1. You guys dont follow recipes?

The coffee tasted a bit off, employees have their pants sagging beneath their butts, they haven't washed the spoon they stirred with nor did they dump/refills the cup with water (should use the hot water that they use for tea), scooping ice out of the bins with the cups (there's a utensil for that) & employee wearing their street clothes (hoodie). The girl cashier seems new, but she was very polite and helpful. Don't teach bad habits. It's easy to say 'its just fast food, who cares' but every job should be treated with the same level of professionalism across the board. This place is just a quintessential example of most fast-food restaurants nowadays unfortunately..
