- RMRichard Madley4 days ago2.0I stopped by today May 15th at 1:50pm and got a cold brew. The coffee tasted a bit off, employees have their pants sagging beneath their butts, they haven't washed the spoon they stirred with nor did they dump/refills the cup with water (should use the hot water that they use for tea), scooping ice out of the bins with the cups (there's a utensil for that) & employee wearing their street clothes (hoodie). The girl cashier seems new, but she was very polite and helpful. Don't teach bad habits. It's easy to say 'its just fast food, who cares' but every job should be treated with the same level of professionalism across the board. This place is just a quintessential example of most fast-food restaurants nowadays unfortunately..
