  Got 5 people in my party. Was told they can only make a limit of 3 ice creams per party. I get a large soft serve twist on a cone. When I received it, it was small. Not a large. I asked "this isn't a large, can you make me a large" she turned to her manager and said "she said it's nit a large, it looks small" he told her "tell her its a large, I'm not making it." Just wow! I took a picture before pulling out. Unreal.

  This location has got to be the slowest DQ on the map - during all seasons. For such a busy location you would think they know how to move a line along (inside and drive thru) quicker than they do. We ordered 2 medium cones and a pup cup. After a 20 minute wait in the drive thru, we finally get to the window and our cones looked like they were sitting on the counter for those 20 minutes - just about falling out of the cone and soupy and we had to ask twice for the pup cup. I asked the girl at the window to remake the cones and she rudely said ‘Be patient’ and closed the window in our faces and turned her back. The customer service here rots.

  This would be four stars (one off for the slow summer service) if Kayla were fired. Unfortunately, this establishment still employs a girl prone to rude and threatening outbursts toward minors. What a disappointment! When asked to identify herself, she obstructed her name tag, and angrily attempted to stop our meeting with the manager. Furthermore, she engaged in significant environmental damage, having wasted extreme amounts of ice cream in front of us due to her incompetence - other customers were waiting for 30+ minutes while she engaged in such actions. Her negative presence goes beyond the verbal, however; she snatched from the hand of a minor and made slapping motions. Steer clear of Kayla. She ruined a wonderful summer evening. One star.

  Service is unbelievable not good. The girl behind a country fired cuz once she's rude to customers and rude to DoorDash delivery people unbelievable I wish I could give a zero as a star but I can't.

  This is easily one of the best Dairy Queen locations in the area. The service is always incredibly fast, the staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. Everything we ordered was fresh and made exactly to order. The store is clean, well-maintained, and the outdoor seating area is a great spot to enjoy a treat during the warmer months. Whether you’re stopping in for a classic Blizzard or a quick meal, this location nailed it. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable, high-quality DQ experience!
