Another lady came over told me they didn’t have it and to call customer support and shut the window in my face as well. Terrible location and will never order from here again. Absolutely disgusting attitudes from the employees and terrible customer service.

We’d honestly given up after watching the Manchester location go downhill, but the difference here is night and day, and Rob is the heart of it. When Rob is on, you can taste it. Everything he preps and makes is fresh, dialed in, and done right. The rice, the proteins, the portions, all of it. The man clearly takes pride in his work and it shows in every single bowl. Beyond the food, Rob is genuinely hospitable. He greets you, takes care of you, and always does a great job no matter how busy it gets. He makes the whole experience feel welcoming in a way you rarely get anymore. If you’re on the fence, go when Rob is working. He’s exemplary at what he does and the kind of person who makes you want to be a regular. Ten stars all day. Thank you, Rob, for consistently raising the bar.
