  I placed a to go order for 12:10pm and there were 2 door dash drivers waiting to pick up their orders as well. The first driver they gave him the wrong food item. The second driver had hearing aids and he said the order was for "Melanie" they gave him "Gabriella" and he caught it before leaving. I was more irritated that I placed a to go order to still wait an extra 10min. On top of that the workers making the to go orders were too preoccupied gossiping and not seeing the frustration from all the customers waiting for their already paid for "to go" orders. Some people that order to go orders are sometimes on their lunch break or even on the clock. I was one of those people: instead of my order being completed at the initial pickup time, I am sitting down an extra 10min on MY 30 MIN LUNCH BREAK WHICH I HAVE TO DRIVE BACK TO WORK! It took for me to bang my hand on the table and yelled "my ADHD is gonna kick in". I don't like being a Karen, but in this case the workers needa do better. Y'all was too busy talking shit and not working couldn't even give the doordash workers the correct orders not once but twice. Goes to show who is paying attention to the tickets and who isn't. Go to the chipotle in manchester deming street way better. Y'all pissed me off this bad smfh

  Ate there last week. I was very disappointed. When it first opened this new location, I was happy because the Hale Rd location was going downhill. The food and service was good in the beginning of opening. But last week, everybody working there had a miserable looking face, the rice was watery and soaked through my bowl, my bag, and all over my car. The serving station was so dirty and disgusting that my husband pointed it out to the guy preparing the meals. Leftover lingering food on the counter was falling back into the food serving station. The cashier was high on something to a point the wall beam behind him was holding him up in between each customer paying and he had a goofy look on his face. We both ended up with upset stomachs the next day. My husband said his burrito bowl was so gross he couldn't finish it and thats unusual for him.

  have had some weird pickup experiences at this one, sometimes they just try not to acknowledge you, other times they make you wait for the entire store to clear out first. it hasnt been all bad, just depends on what staff they have for that day i guess

  Almost avoided this stop along a long drive because of the negative reviews. Everything was perfect. Very clean (someone was actively wiping a table when we came in) and the portions were generous. Everything was in stock, etc.
