  There was a lady named Jenna working on a insanely busy saturday today! She went above and beyond for me and everyone there. She helped me get an ice cream cake for my daughters birthday. The line was out the door! I was truly impressed! She did it alone and with a smile on her face. Truly remarkable customer service! I will definitely be coming back here. Thank you

  The person at the cashier was very rude, and she kind of gave us a very bad look. Acting like, she was very busy and nobody was in the store.

  Overall, I had a great experience at this Ben & Jerry's. The ice cream was delicious with plenty of flavors to choose from, and everything tasted fresh and high quality. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and patient while helping us decide on flavors. They had great attitudes, made the experience enjoyable, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. The only downside is the price. The ice cream is definitely on the expensive side, especially if you're ordering specialty items or larger sizes. While the quality and service help justify the cost, it's still a bit more than I'd normally expect to pay. Even with the higher prices, I'd happily come back because the outstanding staff and great ice cream made it a worthwhile visit.

  I had an extremely disappointing experience at Ben & Jerry’s. My daughter’s ice cream was completely overstuffed with toppings, making it difficult for her to even get to the actual ice cream. It was extremely messy and began melting very quickly. I went back inside simply to explain the situation and see if they could replace it. The young lady at the front was apologetic and seemed like she genuinely wanted to help, but she did not feel she had the authority to make that decision. Unfortunately, another employee immediately interfered and rudely told me they could not give us another ice cream. I even showed her how poorly prepared and messy it was, but she showed absolutely no empathy or interest in resolving the issue. She simply said she couldn't help us and walked away with an attitude. Honestly, the biggest issue wasn't even the ice cream itself. It was the rude and dismissive attitude I received from the moment I approached the counter. When customers are already paying premium prices for ice cream, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect the order to be prepared properly and for staff to show basic courtesy when there's a problem. A little empathy and basic customer service could have completely changed this experience. Instead, we left extremely disappointed over something that could have been resolved very easily. I will never return to this location again. If you're not from the South Windsor area, I would strongly recommend that you do not go out of your way to visit this location. Based on the customer service and attitude we received, it simply isn't worth the trip or the overpriced ice cream.
