  Who ever is running the night shift for the grocery pick up is definitely screwing around my order was suppose to be ready by 7pm I didnt receive it till 8:30pm the store wasnt busy. When he came out I expected maybe difficult items it was paper towels,toilet paper and water. That took him an hour & half to find. Many drivers came and canceled they were also told the same you have long wait we are still shopping.

  This whole staff, is absolutely a wonderful part of this Stop & Shop. Each and every employer makes it a point to be caring, concerned and they all smile. ☺️ That's why I love shopping here plus calling them by their name and always complimenting them. Vikki is a Doll Baby! Professional enough to run that whole store! Recognize her abilities. Thank you.

  Fun fact: Stop and Shop (in Rhode Island) was my first job as a teenager; it's come a long way since then. They now offer employee discount and a higher starting wage. This particular S&S is really new and high-tech looking. They have better self scan systems and handheld self scanners. I recommend using the self scanners to save on time; just make sure you have a stop and shop card. The self scan kioks were a little finicky but once you're used to it, it runs smoothly; they have security in place and alerts the employees of any issues. The employees at the self checkouts were very helpful. They still have the S&S card, you can easily sign up at the service desk or online, to get sale items. If you don't have a card, just ask the employee to scan one for you. The service provided by the other employees there on our recent trip was good; deli and seafood counters specifically. The aisles were organized and fully stocked; the prices were average to above average (it's no Aldi). My kids were very entertained by the robot roaming around! (And so were we) We surely didn't have that back in the early 2000's; we've come a long way with technology. Parking was plentiful and when we went (Friday evening) it was quiet. This has become my new favorite Stop and Shop!
