- NRnatalie reyesMay 1, 20251.0After explaining how I did not not a Receipt back I realize when I looked at my bank account that the worker at this Subway® charged a tip. She literally tipped herself with my debit card and then the manager at this location, had the audacity to hang up on me. If I could give them -0 stars, I absolutely will shame on this company. I already contacted corporate and reported that employee.

The other workers rolled their eyes and looked embarrassed because of the way she acted... Smh nice place without the negative rushing attitude.. Even put on unions right after I said no unions, but sad thing is that I didn't even feel comfortable correcting her... DON'T RECOMMEND!!! My only recommendation is that the Subway chain or who ever is above her removes her RIGHT AWAY!!! Along with all other similar comments, the place woukd be better without HER!!!
- BRBrian RickmanJun 4, 20195.0I visit this subway in Shelton, on Bridgeport Ave, whenever I have Dr's appointments in the area. They're owner is up to date on all of the newest equipment to help his staff and the staff are wonderful. Never have a bad experience there and they make their sandwiches just like you should. Not too much and not too little. It's nice and clean at all times and no matter what kind of day you're having the staff smiles and you'll always have a good conversation. Highly recommend this location.
