- ADAmy DeGeorgeAug 10, 20261.0I ordered the pink lemon drop suncloud lemonade, which I love! Imagine my disappointment when I took a sip and it was all oatmilk - no lemon to be found. I turned around and went right back to the store and explained this to the employee. She flatly told me that she would remake it. I got to the window and she took the 1st one and set it down, made another and handed it to me. She didn't say anything or wait for me to try it and make sure it was right - just manually closed the window and walked away. The second drink did have hints of lemon but still was nothing like the drink I have gotten at many other locations. It seems that their lemonade is extremely watered down. I had to add lemon juice just to make my $6 drink tolerable. I have no doubt I could have asked to have it remade a half dozen times and would still received bad service and a disappointing product.

- EREric ReddingJul 27, 20261.0I only keep coming back to this Dunkin’ location because it’s right next to my work, but the convenience just isn't worth it anymore. Every time I visit, there's an issue. Half the time my order is wrong, and the food quality is abysmal. The sausage is always over-microwaved to the point where the edges are rock hard, and the bacon is usually just undercooked, broken leftover pieces. I’ve actually stopped ordering specialty drinks completely because they never make them right; I now stick strictly to plain coffee with cream. To make matters worse, dealing with their customer service is a nightmare. Even with picture proof of their mistakes, you have to fight tooth and nail just to get a refund. It’s definitely clear that not all Dunkins are created equal, and this one desperately needs new management or ownership. I would absolutely not recommend this location. Do yourself a favor: just grab a bottled drink from inside or keep driving to literally any other coffee shop.

If you don’t like your job, then quit they treat customers with disrespect. They treat their own employees with disrespect because I’ve seen it happen!
