- TLTyler Lee4 days ago1.0Lady running the Cash register charged me double for a six dollar meal deal and try to tell me that the specific wrap that I wanted was not covered by the deal. I proceeded to check on the app and it was. She then did not know how to make the wrap in her coworker was no help to her at all. I then had to wait for 10 minutes to receive two wraps, and there was no other customers at the time

I stood there waiting until another employee asked what I was getting , so I told her. Then the one that took my order said no he ordered a medium. When she brought the order to me I said I asked for two larges not a medium she got an attitude with me , put my drinks down walked away and said someone else handle him I can’t deal with this dude anymore. Another staff member came over to me asked what was wrong and corrected the order with no issues and was very kind. This is the Dunkin on Leavenworth rd white hills in Shelton.

There were people being rude to him and demanding stuff and he was nothing but sweet, kind and upstanding citizen. Another customer asked him why he was the only person working alone, and he responded that the other person he was working with left early, leaving him by himself once again he was nothing but a perfect employee. He handled everything amazingly, but it is disgusting that he was put in the situation in the first place, so thank you to Isaiah and I ask Dunkin to please don’t ever do that to him again He does not deserve that and please give him a raise. He deserves it. I gave this a one star because your company is a one star however Isaiah is a 10 out of five stars.
