- EEElias EidJun 25, 20261.0Arguably the WORST Chipotle location. If I could give it a 0, I would; frankly, I don’t have anything to rate. Every time I go there, there’s some reason that makes me unable to get a bowl. The past 6-8 times I’ve gone, they’ve been out of chicken alongside several other ingredients. “The system has been down” at least 3 times when I’ve gone, and so I truly believe this is the worst chipotle location with the worst service possible. If you’re in the area, I would recommend just driving to the location in Monroe or trying Pancheros across the street.

Most recently, the kitchen ran out of cooked rice in the middle of the dinner rush and the line backed up out the door while we waited for the new batch. Instead of being apologetic, the staff rudely yelled at the people in the entry way about how the line should be routed. Then they also ran out of beans. At that point I walked out and went to Pancheros across the street. Please get better staff here.
