  Actually the worst experience you can possibly have at a restaurant, I never write reviews and Im a manager in food service so I understand but holy the crew is the most fireable bunch there is. AirPods in, dirty as hell, no stocked food and out of everything or too lazy to make more at 8pm, 3 hours before close. Failure of management

  Call the health department and close it down. Not a single person knows what they’re doing and they couldn’t be bothered even look like they want to be there. The food is gross and the place is filthy. Whoever is running this location needs to find another job because I’ve never seen anything this bad.

  Ordered a bowl and paid cash. They owed me change back and said we don’t have change to give you. So I said that’s fine instead I asked for a water cup and she tried to charge me for a water cup that maybe cost 50 cents. It’s 2026 how do you not carry change for customers paying cash, even if you don’t have change give the customer a water cup for free. Every single time something with this location.

  Do yourself a favor and go to Pancheros across the street, youre welcome! Went back to waste the rest of my gift card, service was worse with a disgruntled employing serving a customer in front of me 3 cups of gueso to go (when she ordered 1), and proceeded to argue with the customer after the fact. And the burrito I ordered was falling apart like a poorly swaddled baby with diarrhea.

  Have tk say. I like chipotle. This one is just gross. I try to be fair but every time I go there it’s so dirty. Why do I go there? Bc daughter wants it. And every time after I say why am I here. It’s never clean. Food on floor counter chopping boards. Do they own a wipe cloth? Food in bins is noticeably old. Most empty. I’ve mentioned cleanliness here times to difft mgrs who said thanks. But they were just busy. Yet no one in there. They don’t care. But food safety is big issue. There are so many health violations in this place. I finally told my daughter we can’t go there anymore after easily the tenth time. Every week after practice. Can’t believe an owner bought a franchise and doesn’t inspect. This is not isolated. Every time. And we have a choice. And health will be better never going again. Nasty.
