  You were better off having a deaf and blind person serve are food. Got mozzarella sticks with no cheese and didn’t get me my lemonade for 2 hours don’t go here .

  The place was empty, yet we waited 10 minutes to be seated and 12 more to be acknowledged while the staff sat chatting in the back. The lobby and our table were filthy—we had to wipe the table down ourselves. On top of that, they forgot our appetizer, and the food portions were noticeably smaller than at other locations. Total lack of management and effort. I won't be back.

  Buffalo Wild Wings in Shelton has been open roughly close to two years. When they first opens up they received alot of negative reviews regarding hospitality, services and food. I had the opportunity the other day to Dine at the restaurant. Upon arrival the restaurant was fairly busy, we were seated within five minutes. Services became delayed with our server. It took her a while to even come to the table with water & greet herself. We placed our order, the wait to receive our food was already longer than usual. Guest that had arrived after us were recurving there meals after already waiting 25 minutes for 2 burgers and 6pc wings. Without the help of other colleagues I think the wait for our food would’ve been longer. The All American Cheeseburger- 8/10. The only problem is they give a really tiny bun with a double cheeseburger. So halfway through eating your burger, there’s no bread left just ground beef & cheese & condiments. Wings- 5/10 As you can see pictured, the wings weren’t really saucy. The crunch and honey garlic flavor was there! But definitely needs more sauce. Strawberry Lemonade- 1/10. Flavor isn’t there. Very watered down. Definitely recommend this place for sports nights!

  Stopped in last Thursday around 10:30. Staff was rude when seating us. Sat for thirty minutes waiting for a server to even greet us. Was then told by staff they needed a new notebook then they’d come right back yet we watched the server go directly to another table after returning. We left immediately after seeing her return. No idea why they are open so late if none of their staff wants to be there. Awful service. Went to McDonald’s across the street and had a way better time. Will not be returning.
