It's a grocery store that the good, the bad is they don't ever have enough checkout lanes open when needed

Been going here since I was little. Love the remodel but struggling to find things since everything is in different areas. A lovely employee Tyler helped me though! He pointed me in the right direction and was very nice during checkout.

I called this store in search of fresh figs, before travelling there. I spoke to someone in the produce department. They transferred me to grocery without checking. I then spoke to an employee of the grocery department where they rudely told me; "Those are in produce, I don't know why you pressed grocery. I spoke to one of our in-store shoppers and they also said we do not have this item." I make a trip to the store anyway, and they indeed had fresh figs in the produce department. Where has customer service gone these days?
