Ever. 5-6 times now I have eaten cold food with no sauce(which we all know it sucks without sauce to balance it) bc their workers can't handle an order.

- CTCameron ThomasMar 7, 20261.0Don’t bother using the mobile app to order. I tried to order breakfast thru the app, waited 20 minutes in the drive thru line, and then was handed the wrong order. The cashier at the window asked me to pull into waiting spot 1, but never asked what my order was… after waiting 5 minutes, I walked inside to see how it was going. I walk inside to see that they forgot about me and my order entirely. After getting their attention, and verbally telling them my order, they finally start making it. I notice them making it wrong, so in an attempt to help, I pull up the order on the app on my phone for them to read, and make the order accurately. For some reason. They refused to even look at my phone and I witnessed them attempt to make my order, INCORRECTLY, 3 more times. (Sausage instead of bacon).At this point I’m frustrated and repeatedly ask them to please, just look at my phone and read the order… they refuse and finally decide to issue me a refund instead. At this point, it had been 30 minutes since I pulled into the drive thru and was now walking away empty handed and late to an appointment, because they gave my order to the wrong person and then refused to read my order to ensure accuracy. I will not be returning to this location. I can’t rate the quality of the food because I never received any.
