- RPRenee Palumbo1 day ago1.0The only good thing about this Dunkin is that the employees are quick and efficient. As far as the food goes, the bagels are chewy and taste microwaved instead of toasted. They are frequently out of baked goods, even at 7 in the morning. The last couple of times I ordered a muffin, it was stale and hard. I skip this Dunkin now and go to the one on route 34 in Monroe. I don’t know what happened to this location, but it used to be much better.

Who ever is running the place is running it into the ground. 17 minutes for a single coffee. Guy who claims to be a manager should be demoted to trash cleanup. Parking lot is full of pot holes and trash. Insides disgusting. Trash cans overflowing Flys on food The lost goes on
- PSPam SAug 14, 20261.0False advertising on one of their promotions. They displayed a very detailed AI Poster, running a back to school promotion, with a Dunkin branded backpack and merchandise. When I explained at the ordering window that I was there for the promotion for my two children, they explained I had to make two separate transactions, but didn’t tell me that they had already ran out of the originally promised items and that I was not getting the same promotion offered on the flyer. We were there just after the promotion started. I actually received two separate drawstring bags, that looked like they were put together from the dollar store and I had to deal with my two children fighting because there is only one singular branded Dunkin’ Donuts item across the two bags. One bag only had three items in it, and the other had like ten. They were building the promo bundles as we were at the window and we had to wait upwards of ten minutes. Each car was stopped and delayed. None of this would have been an issue if they just explain from the start, they switched materials or were running low, but they advertised this promotion running all day until 7 PM so clearly there were some logistical errors and I felt cheated.

I ordered two plain bagals and went on my way after 15 mins later my son and I bit into the bagels and threw them out very hard old and stale I would have gone back to let them know but I had no time !!!
