- VBVievie Beauchene5 days ago1.0I made a mobile order as we were pulling into the parking area. I knew it would take a little while but I wasn’t expecting the insane level of disrespect my sister and I were met with. We had a blonde woman that worked there slam my food onto the counter when the mobile order station was right next to it. We later found that one side of the grilled cheese I had ordered was slightly charred and the other side was golden brown. Then we had to wait about another 5 minutes to get 1 refresher. While waiting we heard the rest of the staff try to talk to the blonde lady and tell her she needed to calm down and take a breath. Which was then placed behind the mobile order station so if we hadn’t been inside we probably wouldn’t have seen it. I walked up to the counter but no one was at the front so I reached over and got it myself. It was already paid for and it had my name on it so I wasn’t going to wait another 5 minutes for them to realize and finally give it to me. I would never like to go back. Horrible interactions. For anyone thinking of going…turn around and save yourself!

- NCNick CJun 21, 20261.0I don’t usually go out of my to leave bad reviews but man, I just can’t catch a break with this store. I live 4 minutes from this store, and I would rather drive 20 minutes to Waterford or 15 to Norwich than go to this store. My food is always burnt or undercooked. The coffee is ALWAYS disgusting. Every now and then I say “it’s not possible for them to screw up EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here right? Maybe today they’ll get it right.” And then I order. And it sucks. Sitting in the drive through for 30 minutes just to get nasty coffee and food, or be told that I can’t get my drink because they don’t have the stuff to make it. If you don’t want your morning ruined with bad service, food, and coffee, don’t come here. The owner needs to just give up at this point. There’s no saving this location.
