  Place deserves 0 stars. This place is always backed up because of slow service. Today we ordered meals for all of us and mid order the lady working the drive through started talking to a coworker and didn’t even say sorry. She rang up the wrong items with multiple drinks forgotten. We then had to pull up to the second window, watched 6 cars go by and the person threw our order at us didn’t even say anything like sorry for the wait. This place is just awful.

  I used to order frappe each and every-time from here. Today when i ordered, what i got was 1/4th whipped cream. When i asked about these, they claimed that thats how the machine does. And the staff insisted thats how the machine does and told maybe they can show us again and prepared another one that had even more whipped cream. I never knew that even whipped cream comes from the machine.

  I had a very disappointing experience this morning at the drive-thru. The employee took a long time to take my order and seemed confused about a simple request (oatmeal and a burrito). When I reached the window, he asked again what I wanted, and both he and another employee laughed, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful. The service was also extremely slow while processing my payment, so i left. This level of service is unacceptable.
