I always order the Chicken Enzo, which is a breaded eggplant parmigiana with chicken in a great pesto/marinara sauce (per the menu) with angel hair pasta not as a "side dish" but on the plate so it soaks up the sauce. but on yesterday, 5/14/26, i ordered a to go. The kitchen was closing in 20 minutes. When i got the box home, there was no sauce on pasta. The pasta had NO SAUCE ON IT AT ALL!! I called the enterprise and asked to speak to the owner. Enzo got on the phone. He was a BULL IN A CHINA CABINET. HE WAS NASTY, RUDE AND EXTREMELY ARROGANT TELLING ME THERE IS NO WAY THE KITCHEN STAFF DIDN'T PUT SAUCE ON IT. I TOLD HIM multiple times, I order this all the time including on my birthday this year with friends. NO...IT WASN'T WRONG. HE WAS DESPICABLE. I said, what is your last name. I don't give my last name. Go look it up at the state. So I did. This is how you treat a long time paying customer? Well...one of my favorite dishes i will have to give up and find some other RESPECTABLE ENTERPRISE who can make it good - BUT LAST NIGHT IT WAS NOT GOOD....NO SAUCE ON THE PASTA!!!!!!!
