- PPPASS3 days ago5.0I had a very great experience the people working here a little bit apart from the really, very healthy food and this place this restaurant have very big parking place plenty of parking a place available in this parking plaza. Highly recommended to everybody is very close to highway also everybody must come and check out because they are really very nice healthy food. I order veggie bowl, which is very nice and very tasty. Highly recommended to everybody.

Every single time I order in advance, I have to wait with a crowd of people and do not get acknowledged. Last time I went, they said they were "short staffed" and I counted 6 employees behind the counter. Mind you, there was no line for in restaurant orders. So when I went to the line and asked them to make my bowl since they had no customers, they refused and said they were already packing my order. I waited an additional 10 minutes after that. Someone ahead of me waited over 30 minutes for his online order and ended up requesting a refund and left. As for my actual food, it's always decent. Customer service and time management though is poor.

Every single time I place a pickup order, I’m waiting at least 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledges me or asks what order I’m waiting for. And even then, there’s a good chance the employee will walk away, disappear into the back, or start helping customers at the register directly in front of the people who are already waiting for their food. The entire point of ordering ahead is to be able to walk in, grab your food, and leave. At this location, you can order 20–30 minutes in advance and still end up standing around waiting for someone to even figure out why you’re there. After 8+ months of the exact same experience, this is clearly not an occasional staffing issue or a bad day—it’s just how this location operates. Absolutely terrible pickup service.
