After a long time waiting, I called their attention to get customers' orders. Still, they chit chat some more. Very poor customer service. Management should train their staff on what proper customer service should be!

I cannot believe people in Greenwich, CT are eating at this Chipotle. The conditions were absolutely unacceptable. The tables were dirty, the garbage bins were overflowing, and the entire restaurant appeared poorly maintained. It looked unsanitary and unsafe for serving food. The level of cleanliness was shocking, especially for a restaurant in Greenwich. Based on what I saw, I would not feel comfortable eating there. Management needs to address these issues immediately before they affect customers' health and safety.

A large sign clearly states that signing up for the app rewards you with free chips and guacamole. I created a new account on the spot and was planning to purchase a bowl alongside the promotion. However, when I asked how to redeem it, the staff had no idea how the offer worked or how to apply it. The sign did not mention any hidden requirements, such as needing accumulated points. It is highly frustrating when a business uses promotions to attract customers but fails to train its employees to assist them. I wasn't looking for a completely free handout; I was paying for my bowl and simply expected the sign-up reward as advertised.

I got a beef burrito and the lady out the spoon in sideways and lifted sideways and most of it feel out. In my burrito there were no more then 5 little blocks of beef.. it was so little I asked for more that was all roce and beans and other stuff barely any steak of which I'm paying more for. She said it's only one spoon and did not want to correct her mistake.. terrible service. My burrito was so full of rice and tomaato and beens that's all I really tasted
