Strawberries did not ring up right and simply asked if I grabbed wrong ones and which ones were $3.99 Ivan was his name. Complete jerk!!! His only response was “I don’t know. Check the app”. I asked if I could put in my phone number so discounts apply. Again: “I don’t know. Check the app.” So scream his name from the rafters…. Ivan Ivan Ivan. He’s giving the place a bad name and rating!

With the storm coming, I needed to grab a few essentials for my kids. The store was a bit picked over, which I expected since most people had probably shopped the night before. While I was in the produce department, I met two employees who truly went above and beyond. Even though it was truck day and they were busy, they were incredibly friendly and made me feel valued as a customer. When I mentioned I needed specific items for my family, they didn’t hesitate they went downstairs to check the new delivery and brought up what I needed. On top of that, they took the time to guide me to other items around the store. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help during such a busy time really stood out. Kudos to the management team for having such wonderful employees representing your store. Experiences like this are why customers come back.
