- YSYiliana SolerSep 22, 20261.0Absolutely horrible. I asked for a hot pumpkin spice latte. They give me a cold milk with coffee. I asked for my money back and they said they couldn't give me my money back because I already paid. I've asked for an iced coffee and a shot of espresso on the the side. They gave me a hot coffee with the espresso inside of the coffee. I have asked for two drinks food, I got one drink and cold food. You can hear the person that takes to drive through orders having side conversations inside as you're talking to them,. You wait 10 minutes in the drive through even though there's one person ahead of you and five employees inside with maybe 3 customers inside. This all happen within a month and a half of me trying dunkin' donuts again. I also went to another dunkin' donuts for them to fix my drink from the first dunkin' donuts and they told me they couldn't do that. Their service and their quality of product and their customer service has gone downhill while their prices have skyrocketed.

I have never in my entire life been charged for a small cup of whipped cream. It’s basically a pup cup.

Didn't ask what I wanted until she was done with the order, only to then tell me they were out of it (cold brew). I could've saved 10 minutes of my time if she had just acknowledged me from the start.
