- SAS AMay 10, 20261.0Terrible experience here . I checked my receipt and the name of the worker says “Keishon” . She had the worst attitude, dog face on Mother’s Day. Very unwelcoming, I get it you hate your job. I asked her for the $6 BEC meal, but to switch out bagel for croissant. I get in the car and my sister realizes her sandwich has no bacon. So I go in and tell the disgruntled worker & she tells me I ordered an egg and cheese. I told her I did not. Her manager then asks her what she’s making , she then decides to talk about the situation unprofessionally in front of me and says the customer wants bacon now and I ordered an egg and cheese. At that point I’m livid because I didn’t order an egg and cheese and she’s so adamant about it . Worst experience in Dunkin that I’ve had in a LONG TIME. Oh and my butter pecan iced coffee that was supposed to have 2 creams , tasted like 3 creams (too milky)!

As I was walking out I was trying to think if I had milk at home and inadvertently looked at one of the workers while spacing out. She yelled what the duck am I looking at ( she didn’t say duck though) like she wanted to fight me. I went back in to tell her I wasn’t staring at her in anyway, but she wouldn’t look at me afterwards. I hoe you have a better day , god bless you.
