  Good food but they are burning people They are taking hard earned money from hard working people and putting it in their pockets I ordered off of the sparten ll menus online the kid Brian said it’s not outlet fault you are looking at an outdated menu so now it’s my fault.. they charged us double almost for everything we bought .. that is not ok That is false advertisement and not any fault of the consumer that’s the reason why everything we tried to order wasn’t even offered anymore She just laughed it off tonight how is any of this funny on top of that my pork chops are dry as hell and the broccoli isn’t cooked all the way it’s hard still I paid-almost 30$ for two dry small pork chops and broccoli and a potato with 3 tiny packets of butter My side of pasta is a little bigger than my entire entree of lasagna And they tell me that my side is considered the pasta that should come with my chicken parm dinner. No soup no salad no nothing. ….. yes maybe tasty food but customer service(Brian) sucks very rude and telling my family it’s outlet fault we aren’t looking at the correct updated menu .. he should not be working with the public we have no problem spending the money for good service or trustworthy prices and honest prices then telling us he doesn’t need our name just argued with me about giving my number obviously he wasn’t raised with honest people and has no respect for the public this place should be called in by the public to the better business bureau and the public should be informed these guys are stealing from us At least publicize that the prices aren’t correct and you don’t have the same food as you posted when this old menu was placed

  I pick up a takeout lunch from Spartan II today. I was the first customer there at 11:00 a.m. I ordered spaghetti and meatballs and a salad to bring to my elderly Uncle. When serving my uncle out of the takeout container I noticed there was barely any sauce on the spaghetti. I gave my uncle a very small portion and scraped as much sauce as I could from the container, which wasn't even enough for the little I gave him. The bread that came with the meal was actually stale. Very very disappointing! I spent $28.82... giant waste of money. I will never go back.

  Food is great. Nice selection of items on the menu. This time someone burnt cheese on the veal parm so terribly. Couldn’t eat it. And then threw some fresh cheese over it to cover it up?? Buffalo chicken wrap was excellent. Carbonara sauce was very heavy, more like Alfredo with bacon. Great flavor though.
