  I was a customer 5/15/26 7am. There was one worker going above and beyond. She was handling like 5 things at once. I want to add the place was spotless!! Cleanest McDonalds I have ever been to. I know people are short staffed but this woman needs A LOT of credit from management. Give her a RAISE!!!!

  Today (April 25, 2026) Me and my grandma came to this establishment and selected to get 3 BUTTERS. We only got 1 butter! We both got the hotcakes and were very disappointed. We will not be coming back here AGAIN!! 1 star

  I was looking forward to trying the Big Arch so I went to the drive thru. Big mistake, this could be the worst McDonalds anywhere. I ordered the Big Arch with no bun. I got 2 patties, each only half covered with cheese along with a big glob of cheese on the side. I was also looking forward to trying the new secret sauce, But I didn't get any! I should also mention that there were only me and one other car at the drive thru and they parked both of us, then brought both orders out together. Inconvenient for everybody. Update on 4/26/26: McDonald's replied to this review as can be seen here. The link they sent goes to a webpage where I needed a case number, (which they did not give me) or a number from my receipt, (which I did not save because why would I?). Without one of those numbers there is no way to reply to them. I guess they want to look like they care when they clearly do not.

  Today I came to this location simply for a cup of coffee. I placed my order through the app while sitting in the parking lot. After waiting about 5 minutes, I went inside expecting it to be ready — it wasn’t. I stood near the register patiently, but not once was I acknowledged with a hello, smile, or even eye contact. One employee walked past me multiple times (at least 4–5 times) without saying a word or even looking in my direction. Then another customer walked up to the register after me, and despite clearly seeing that I was already waiting, the employee chose to help him first instead of acknowledging me. By the time they finally got to my order, they had completed around 8–9 other orders. After waiting roughly 10 minutes total for a single coffee, I was handed a cup that was completely cold. I even demonstrated this by placing my finger in it — that’s how cold it was. At that point, I just walked out. Absolutely unacceptable customer service and a completely unacceptable product.
