Hop Häus has been serving Southington since 2013, built on quality food, craft drinks, and a neighborhood-first atmosphere. Now refreshed with a new lounge-style look and feel, Hop Häus blends the comfort of a local gastropub with the energy of a modern cocktail lounge. Guests can enjoy scratch-made food, share plates, Haus classics, craft beer, creative cocktails, zero-proof options, cold brew coffee, happy hour, and late-night specials in a warm, stylish setting. As part of our new vibe, we’re open late Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, with the kitchen open in-house until midnight. We also offer outdoor dining on our beautiful back patio.
