I received delivery received chicken Alfredo. I didn’t ask for chicken. I’m vegetarian….. when I called back which I waited on hold long enough to get halfway there they said they don’t have broccoli. That’s fine… but why didn’t you tell me that when I ordered??? Then I got to the restaurant and I was told that I was wrong and that they don’t have broccoli, which again, is fine if you told me over the phone?. I would have just done plain Alfredo pasta.. but they never told me over the phone when I ordered broccoli Alfredo that they didn’t have broccoli. I was upset I had to drive all the way back to get the order fixed and only after being upset did one of the workers, maybe manager? No idea apologized and said he only heard XYZ…. Not really buying it. I asked multiple times to be refunded the delivery fee but said driver can keep the 20% tip. I got a small pizza and pasta, wasn’t anything crazy. Never got a refund for the see delivery fee they just gave me a dessert. Cool, didn’t want or ask for a dessert I wanted the delivery fee back but this point didn’t feel like arguing . Lesson learned. Ordering online for pick up has been a lot more accurate my stake’s I have a baby at home it was a long day I was just hoping to make life easier but this just made it more complicated.

By the time I got it, it was still warm but had stayed to cool off. I asked for less cheese and more sauce and they did that. Good job!
