I asked the guy taking the order if they had a smaller fry than the $5 one. He told me that or larger, nothing smaller. I chose not to get Fried. After I placed my order and sat down, there was a sign saying if you buy a burger upgrade for $6 to get a drink and fries. Do you think for a second the guy would educate me about their meals, adding fries! NO These people who work there can’t think past basic/- god forbid they would educate about their menu I won’t go back there again!

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
