There is a certain odor about the place that screams of a cooler that isn't cleaned regularly. I know a place with a clean cooler, because I've been in hundreds of restaurant kitchens. I was there recently for a family function, and smelled it again. Also, the apple crisp desert they provided was rancid - wasn't the only one who noticed. Get your act together, Brookside. You can be so much better.
