The Worst Customer Service Experience — Dishonesty and Zero Accountability! This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I ordered an *uncut pizza for carryout* and even reminded the crew member when I arrived that my pizza needed to be uncut. She confirmed, “Yes” When I got home and opened the box, I was shocked to discover that they had *cut the pizza, then added more cheese on top and a few toppings and cooked it again*, apparently trying to cover up the mistake instead of simply being honest about it. I drove all the way back to the store, and the staff admitted that they had done this! he said, “I have thousands of orders. I cannot read the instructions.” Then he dismissed my concern by saying, “it’s just a simple 1 cut.” Excuse me? Who are you to decide that my instructions don't matter? And what is the point of Domino’s offering an uncut option, printing the instruction on the receipt, and displaying it on the preparation if employees are simply going to ignore it? Seriously, why would you deliberately handle a customer's food this way instead of simply admitting the mistake? If they had told me upfront that they had accidentally cut the pizza, I could have decided whether to accept it or wait for a replacement. Instead, they let me take it all the way home without saying a word. The way they handled the refund was even more frustrating. I asked for a refund for the entire order because the experience and the way they handled the situation had completely ruined my trust in the store. The employee refused and offered to refund only the pizza. I told him that I would either accept a refund for the entire order or take no refund at all. He said ok—and *kept my pizza and my money!* they made the mistake, failed to disclose it, admitted what they had done, took the pizza back, and still kept my money. This is not how you treat paying customers. Mistakes happen in every business, but trying to cover them up and then showing absolutely no willingness to resolve the situation is unacceptable. The complete lack of transparency, accountability, and customer service is what makes this experience so terrible. Management needs to look into how this store handles customer complaints, food preparation mistakes, and refunds. Customers deserve honesty and basic respect—not excuses, concealment, and money taken for an order. Absolutely unacceptable.

Absolutely horrible service. The customer service at this location was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I felt like my business wasn’t valued at all. A simple pizza order should not come with this much frustration. Definitely one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Domino’s, and I will not be returning to this location.
