  *pulls into egrigious line* Young employee walks up to us and says, "Hi, one sec." Takes two steps to the side and comes back. Mumbles something. "I'm sorry?" "Can I have a phone number?" *gives number* "Want me to start one for you? "What? It's my first time here." "Oh okay, what could I get for you?" "I don't know what you have, I've never been here before. May I see a menu?" "Oh you have to go to our website to see the menu. Can you leave the line and come back when you're ready?" *leaves* Needless to say, horrendous customer service and totally atrocious setup.

  There's no accessibile menu which can be extremely difficult the first few times you come - the coffee tastes cheap but the energy drinks and refreshers are amazing!

  They don’t know how to make the coffee they put mostly milk not enough coffee and the flavor got it twice and they did it wrong the other 7brews are better than this one don’t recommend to go here

  The people are fantastic, so I keep trying things there. The only drink that I can consistently get made the way I like it is the cold brew. Everything else is just sugar. Large latte with oatmilk and one pump of creme brule? All it tastes like is incredibly sweet milk (I'm not even sure it's oatmilk, hard to tell because it's soooo sweet). I get it, a lot of people like sugary drinks, I'm just not one of them. I honestly cant imaging how much sugar content (or whatever they use that isn't sugar, idk) or if it was just made incorrectly. A little sweet I can do from time to time, but this latest one was undrinkable. I could use it for creamer, it could last weeks. I want to love this place because of the staff, it just doesn't seem to work out

  Terrible service. First of all. How do you order a drink and before you even pay for it, the drink is given to you? And when asked about it I get an attitude and a cold “supposed to be hot coffee” Second of all, who ever the manager the female manager with the glasses and dark brown slick hair is rude and should not be anyone’s manager. Can’t take accountability for her wrong actions, had a screaming fit in the drive thru like nobody can see her. It’s really sad to be a frequent customer and to have my drink constantly made wrong or an issue with my hot drinks being cold. Every time since I had to correct a mistake that they made. Terrible staff. Don’t consider customer service.
