  They offer a wide variety of drinks and they are very nice but it always takes longer than 10 minutes to get your order. Very very SLOW service.

  Today my daughter and I went to the orange location and ordered large kokomo light ice and a medium blondie in a large cup with extra ice. When we were handed our drinks both had the same amount of ice, I told the server I asked for light ice and her response “this is low key light ice” I said no this is not and I’d like light ice. She took the kokomo drink back and I’m watching poured into another cup some guy poured more energy drink into the cup and the. Light ice was added, she proceeded to call Mia I’m assuming the manager, I’m sure she didn’t tell her that she had poured the drink and add the additional energy drink etc and Mai came to the care to try and explain that it was light ice, I explained and showed her that I ordered the medium with extra ice and they both came out with the same amount t of ice I also explained that when the girl poured the drink into the large cup only it did t even fill half the cup. Mia explains Ed it would be an extra $3 up charge, I asked she refund the whole order and recharge because at this point no tip would be given. Mia proceeded to ask “so you want three cubes of ice”? At this point my daughter stated just give us the drink and a cup of ice in the side. This 7Brew is literally the worst we’ve been to. Every time we come it’s an issue, customer service is bad and we won’t be coming back.

  Terrible traffic design and rude staff. If you can’t handle the job don’t take it out on customers. Curly hair girl with hair tied up was exceptionally rude. Said I need to leave the line because another line was waiting ten minutes. I was also waiting 10 minutes and you have no one directing traffic. She needs serious training on how to speak to customers. There are 3 different directions that traffic is coming into this establishment from and they can’t handle the demand. Disappointing experience.

  I feel like it's a starbucks clone. The coffee isn't that good and the prices are to high. Ordered twice, this place is missing the umph. Please take control of your music, I don't want to listen to sad music waiting for a coffee and then the next time music with lyrics pertaining to sexual activities.
