  Another disappointing experience at 7 Brew. What’s the point of ordering in advance on the app and when you get to the actual store, you’re waiting 15 to 20 minutes just to get your drink. I ordered my drink in the app almost 15 minutes before my arrival I get there and I have to wait another 15 to 20 minutes just for one drink. The idea of 7 Brew was exciting when it first started, but unfortunately that has worn off now the service is just too slow.

  I got a iced latte with almond syrup, a extra shot and some oatmilk and it was extremely good! But the music is so generally way to loud and I felt like I was going to get hearing loss before it was time and I am only 39. Today the teenagers seemed miserable with all these cars coming in nonstop I felt bad for them.

  Idk what all the hype is about. Coffee stuff. Energy syrup with sparkling water. The teenagers work outside servicing all these cars in the rain with an IPad. I felt horrible for them sitting in the lane for 25 minutes. Music blasting. They couldn't hear my order... that was already submitted ny the QR code in the queue. I'll make a black coffee at home from now on.

  Today my daughter and I went to the orange location and ordered large kokomo light ice and a medium blondie in a large cup with extra ice. When we were handed our drinks both had the same amount of ice, I told the server I asked for light ice and her response “this is low key light ice” I said no this is not and I’d like light ice. She took the kokomo drink back and I’m watching poured into another cup some guy poured more energy drink into the cup and the. Light ice was added, she proceeded to call Mia I’m assuming the manager, I’m sure she didn’t tell her that she had poured the drink and add the additional energy drink etc and Mai came to the care to try and explain that it was light ice, I explained and showed her that I ordered the medium with extra ice and they both came out with the same amount t of ice I also explained that when the girl poured the drink into the large cup only it did t even fill half the cup. Mia explains Ed it would be an extra $3 up charge, I asked she refund the whole order and recharge because at this point no tip would be given. Mia proceeded to ask “so you want three cubes of ice”? At this point my daughter stated just give us the drink and a cup of ice in the side. This 7Brew is literally the worst we’ve been to. Every time we come it’s an issue, customer service is bad and we won’t be coming back.
