I usually give my card but was prompted to pay on their machine in the drive through. Asking if I can tap to pay and cashier said yes so I did and she then told me it will ask me a question in which it did not. She then told me I chose to tip them $1.34 which I did not authorize. I asked for that refund and was told I can’t have that back to which I said I will contact my credit card company. Still waiting on my food, that cashier went to the side to mock me over “crying over $1.34 that she earned” her colleagues were all agreeing with her that that was my order. Terrible service and now since tipping is involved, I will have to part my ways with Dunkin as a whole. Disgusting service with a protein latte made wrong to boot.
