  If I could give it zero stars I would. The old lady with the purple hair has DISGUSTING customer service and NO business working the window. Her energy is disgusting every day and flat out rude. I will NEVER return with disgusting presence like that working there.

  I waited for 34 minutes blocked in the Drive-Thru line. Its only a drive-thru store from the looks. It's just a big "U" that goes around the building. There must have been 4 other vehicles couldn't go in or out because they were doing shift change and they didn't know when their computers would be back up and running. Finally the second car inline was able to move so the rest of us could also. I stopped where you take your order to find out what was happening. They asked me to wait and told me that they didn't know when their computer system will be back online. So after wasting a half an hour of my day for nothing, I left. I will never go back there again they handled that terribly and who has time for that.

  Great experience. Ordered croissant with ham and they were out- made a bagel replacement that was more food and better. Great folks.

  Waited like 12 minutes with 2 cars in front me and another 3 at the window before someone came just for them to give me the wrong order. Highly recommend going to other locations.
