  Waited like 12 minutes with 2 cars in front me and another 3 at the window before someone came just for them to give me the wrong order. Highly recommend going to other locations.

  Lady that works there in the morning is consistently rude and condescending. I literally have to go out of my way every morning to avoid her.

  I was excited when a Dunkin opened back up local to me & despite reviews I wanted to try for myself & wanted the new strawberries N create dunkalatte but when I pulled up I couldn’t find it quickly enough on the menu and blanked so I tried describing or explaining to the Girl that took my order this morning and asked if she knew what I was talking about and she just said, “No…” I get that, that part is not her fault but I didn’t feel she was really friendly and she didn’t offer to try to be helpful. I said the dunkalatte that’s new with the pink cold foam and that’s the only new drink like that on the menu so I thought employees would at least have the drinks in front of them or get to know their menu. I ended up panic ordering a different drink which is unfortunate for the price nowadays that I didn’t get what I was hoping for. The only positive was the lady with pinkish hair at the window that was much friendlier and pleasant.

  Hola, hoy fui a pedir algo de comer, y la atención de la cajera fue mala, no me dio la bebida correcta, no me dio servilletas, y ni siquiera me atendía con respeto, creo que su actitud fue en base a que yo no hablaba inglés, lo cual entiendo, porque al final nos comunicamos en inglés, pésimo servicio, actitud muy baja, no volvería a esa sucursal, lo siento, que tenga un buen día.
