There have now been 3 separate occasions where I drove over there and was unable to get food. It’s never because they can’t physically make the food - it’s all sitting in front of me ready to be eaten; it’s because their computer checkout system is broken and that means they are incapable of doing literally anything…extremely frustrating. Today, I stood there for 5 minutes (with nobody in front of me) before they told me the system was down, so the only way I could get food was if I ordered online to the same store! I ended up giving up because the service in the store/parking lot is bad (not their fault), so I couldn’t load anything after trying for 10 minutes. The food is good when I am able to get it.

No entiendo como el gerente no manda a sus empleado a limpiar el area donde se come. Que lastima pues ante el sitio era limpio. Delen mas importancia a la limpieza.habia cuatro empleado al frente no entendi porque tanto, y una de ella gritaba demasiado como si estuviera en la calle. El que bregaba en la cocina con una lentitud , yo creo que una tortuga tenia mas rapidez que él. Hasta habia una alfombra ocupando asiento. El area donde esta los cubierto asqueroso. En fin una pesadilla de terror. Y no exagero hasta mi nena de tres años dijo que sucio estaba.

Huge puddle of water just sitting there. 5 people on and only 2 working. 3 standing around doing nothing while the entire place was gross. I wouldn't let my dog eat here. The kitchen was nasty with garbage and food scraps, the employees that were working were sweating into the food.
