  First and last time. Ordered DoorDash deliver half my items were missing, and there was a hair in my food. I called the store, they told me to wait on the line for manager. 20min goes by, no one came back to the phone, $22 down the drain. Terrible customer service. Terrible quality

  This was by far the worst chipotle restaurant I have ever visited. The staff was so unprofessional , disrespectful to the customers and the restaurant dining room was a complete shamble. Until they get this place cleaned up do not risk going here. I’m very surprised that the parent company allows this behavior.

  Terrible experience. The manager was rude, and my husband found a fly in his food. Despite this, she never offered an apology or showed any concern for the situation. The lack of professionalism and customer service was unacceptable. We will not be coming back.

  I ordered a Honey Chipotle Chicken and Barbacoa quesadilla and ended up biting into a large, tough piece of connective tissue/cartilage that was completely impossible to chew. The photo don’t even do it justice. It felt like I was chewing on a piece of wood. What makes this even more frustrating is that this isn’t the first time. The exact same thing happened a few months ago, and now I’m finding another massive, inedible chunk in my food again. After seeing it, I threw the entire meal away. I understand that meat isn’t going to be perfect every time, but finding something like this in a quesadilla is unacceptable. Quality control clearly needs improvement because nobody should have to inspect their food after every bite wondering what they’re going to find next. For the prices Chipotle charges, customers should be able to expect food that’s actually edible. Extremely disappointing experience.

  Whoever manages this store has lost the plot. It’s normally a miserable experience inside this store: most of the employees are at best completely impersonal, and at worst utterly spiteful that you had the audacity to order food at a restaurant. It’s as if these people were never trained with even the most BASIC of food service skills. They’re often out of core ingredients: how do you run out of rice/chicken/BEANS on the line while there is supposed to be communication between your line servers and your grill person?? Mind you this isn’t during a rush, but after 7 pm, and they weren’t “out” of the ingredients in question but they also HADN’T MADE ANY MORE. It’d be hilarious if it wasn’t just so, SO stupid. The manager should be outright embarrassed by how this store functions on a regular basis. Normally I’m able to get enough ingredients for them to make my bowl and get out, but I can’t do that if you’re running out of CORE ingredients and just being complacent with it…so here we are. If I could give ZERO stars for this particular Chipotle, I would do so. Don’t go here unless you enjoy being as miserable as most of the employees working at any given moment.
