Very disappointing customer service experience. I purchased 7 Silk milks for my church’s kids Bible study and found that 5 of them were expired. When I returned them, an employee named Patricia raised her voice, argued with me, and told me I “should check before purchasing.” I reminded her that I’m the customer, not the employee responsible for checking expiration dates. I did receive the refund, but only after being embarrassed and spoken to disrespectfully. Patricia’s attitude was the bigger issue. I won’t be returning to this location as long as this is how customers are treated.

I am visiting from Seattle and was confused about the sandwich meat offered. Maggie in the Deli was fabulous. She discussed the choices with me, didn't rush me, offered me a sample, and helped me promptly. She deserves a raise :)
