  So i came to shop n found a dog food bag more fill then the other guess corp issues but sadly it was damaged n saw wen i was gonna pay n told them so spoke to paulie manger lady she gave me bs excuse that is they can lower it cuz isnt her fault hehe wowow but it was store damage or other wat a lack of service as i notice the product was damaged why couldnt she reduce the price i pick out n i ask her so product is damaged u still gonna sell it as a regular price n stated yes n walk out wat a rudeness lady i shop here as a regular got me dont wanna buy no more cuz mayor products is damange for dog food

  So today I went to the stop and shop in Norwalk on Connecticut Avenue to purchase a few items. I went to the deli to pick up some turkey meat. I stood there while the lady behind the counter ignored me for a few minutes. I waited and waited. Finally without even looking at me, she asks, how can I help… I told her what I wanted. She looked down and shook her head. So I asked, “ What does the shaking of your head mean” Because she didn’t even give me the curtesy of speaking. Again without looking at a customer she says “we ain’t got it” This is why this store is loosing customers. Being polite doesn’t cost anything. I’m done with this store. I’d rather pay a little more at Wegmans than to get terrible service at stop and shop.

  I just had groceries delivered for the first time. I am grateful that the delivery person was able to find my unit, but they forgot the eggs. I called the store, and I’m not sure if I spoke to the manager or not, but the gentleman was very nice about it and told me he had already refunded me. We’ll give it another shot.

  It's a very good stop & shop and get all the groceries you need here and pharmacy needs awesome redeem your bottles at this place very friendly customer service.
