  You have to train your staff better. What’s the point of taking a custom order if you don’t make it the way it was ordered? I come home to sandwich not the way I ordered and I was not driving back from Stamford to Norwalk to get it made again. Waste of $20 bucks I’ll be taking my business elsewhere going forward

  I was hyped when this opened, especially cause the drive thru is a bonus convenience. My first sandwich there was not too long after opening and it was great! Feels harsh to say, but when I went back recently it was so insanely skimpy you couldn’t even tell it was a sandwich. Not just stingy on the meat but with the veggies too, so much that before I picked through it I thought I’d just been given a bread roll with nothing in it. Kinda lost me altogether if it weren’t for the fact they’re pretty much the only place around with Cherry Coke in the soda fountain. Oh well, at least the employees are nice…
