  I recently went to Häagen-Dazs and had a pretty disappointing experience. The girl seemed annoyed the whole time and barely spoke to me, which made the interaction uncomfortable. I paid almost $8 for my ice cream but got two very small scoops. Then I was asked to leave a tip despite the poor service, which didn’t feel right. Overall, the customer service was disappointing, and I hope management looks into it.

  Sanjana was amazing!!! She greeted us with a big smile and offered us samples and had excellent customer service!! We can’t wait to dig in!

  I was having trouble on what to order and Jenni helped me narrow down to a few items plus recommend what flavors she liked. Very sweet and patient with me, I appreciate that a lot!!
