    I come to this Dunkin often & Sam who is an employee here is always so kind. I never have to wait for my coffee. It's workers like Sam who make this establishment stand out from the rest.

    Only been once. It took what felt like 5 mins before someone came from the back to even acknowledge my existence and then after I finally placed my order they served 3 other customers and got them in and out before finishing my one sandwich. It felt like 20 mins for a sandwich.
