- NPNefty PaganSep 24, 20261.0Just 15min ago.....Definitely fraudulent. Couldn't even get to taste the food, coffee because I just couldnt deal with the incompetence and outright fraud. I ordered the $6 meal. Which was a sandwich(sausage, egg & cheese), small coffee and hash browns. When the lady rang me up, it was $12+. I immediately asked her Im order the $6 meal. She said, "we don't have that meal deal". I asked her "So what deal is the $6 meal deal up there on the menu board"?. She said "no that's not correct". I told her " So your advertisement is wrong and fraudulent, is it not"?. She had nothing to say and just stared at me as if I was speaking a different language foreign to this country. I cancelled my order and left the place. I went to the dunkin I'm 219 East have. Order the same $6 meal deal. And what do you know, it correct. Even the guy there suggested me to the meal deal since I ordered a mediums coffee vs a small which comes in the deal. Never again will I go to 81 N Main St dunkin. If one cannot provide a decent customer service, find another job that does not require customer service. So disappointing!!!
