- RLRobert LombardoMay 1, 20264.0Did not end well when checking out, Had an audit at the self checkout. At the end of the audit, paid my bill, checked the receipt and found the attendant, wiped out over 1000 go points doing the audit. Had problems at the front desk as well. Had to go home and contact S & S and tried to get my points. Hopefully, it will be fixed
- CMclayton morseApr 16, 20263.0Well the store is nice it is a little high priced but that is not why I went there tonight the reason I gave it three stars is because when I looked stop & shop up on the internet 2 see when the recycling machines would be closed and it told me that the recycling machines close at 10:00 p.m. when stop & shop closest and on Sunday they close at 9 so I drove all the way out there wasting my gas and when I got there the employee told me that they close at 8 p.m. this is something that can be corrected and was a very big inconvenience for me tonight hence the three stars.
- GGGreysonApr 13, 20261.0Do not shop here. I was a regular and the cashiers at the self checkout are absolutely horrendous. They watch you like a hawk as if you’re going to steal something. I have never stolen anything in my life. It is just not ok how uncomfortable these older women at the self checkout make you feel. They talk so loudly when they’re saying things to you. They need to be retrained asap. Terrible customer service and so embarrassing.

The staff is very kind and the store is always well put together. The only issue I’ve noticed is that the woman working the register and self-checkout can be pretty loud, my kids even call her “the screaming lady.” That aside, it’s still a great place and I would recommend it.
