Heres the thing, i dont think it was on purpose right it never is, but you gotta be kidding me. FIRSTLY, ordered chicken tenders and french fries why was there salad under it? also ordered the patty melt, i asked for medium, it was well done, dry, covered in excess cheese, had no flavor, and to top it all off, found a bug (i think its a parasite for veggies) in the lettuce!! they kept trying to offer us more food, we was like nah check please When it came time for the bill, charged us 18$ in gratuity, and im like, after all that? thats wild. Paid the 111$ (including gratuity) was happily gonna leave a tip, cuz ya know, “tip culture” but they didn’t even offer to shave off some of the bill for us cuz the food quality wasn’t where it should’ve been for a place that has all these 5 star reviews. I wouldn’t come back unfortunately. (this is also not the establishments fault) but they had a lot of lantern bugs all over the establishment to the point when we left, someone in my party had sat on one and didst notice till we stood up. them things are huge around the establishment. (ONCE AGAIN NOT THEY FAULT JUST SAYING)

Best place for breakfast. I had eggs with Italian sausage. The fennel was prominent and delicious. My husband had the berry pancakes. He’s a big eater order 3 stack and had to bring some home. My granddaughter ordered the Oreo waffle which had vanilla ice cream, crumbled Oreos, chocolate syrup and whipped cream. I can’t believe she almost finished it. The younger granddaughter had a chocolate chip pancake. Don’t let the wait stop you. The wait is worth every bite.

I have been coming to this restaurant on a regular basis my entire life, and after what I witnessed today, I will never come back. I watched a waitress treat a Black family with an unbelievable level of disrespect. She publicly shamed them, called them names, and created a scene in front of their child and other children in the restaurant. The entire interaction was disturbing to watch. Another woman calmly spoke up about what she had just witnessed. Instead of listening to her concerns, the waitress began yelling at her in front of the two young girls she was with and ultimately kicked her out. I’m kicking myself for not saying something too, and I have a lot of respect for the woman who did. She remained calm and mature while standing up for another family and was met with hostility for doing so. I left genuinely disgusted and deeply concerned by what appeared to me to be racist treatment. This experience is also especially troubling because I have since heard other people describe their own experiences with racial discrimination at this establishment. After coming here my entire life, I’m done. What I witnessed wasn't simply poor customer service or a rude interaction. It raised serious concerns for me about how people of different races are treated here, and I cannot support an establishment that leaves me feeling that way. This waitress should not have a job at any establishment.

The food is a bit pricey, but well worth the price. The one thing I have to say about service is that it is great inside and they re fast at getting the food to you. The pick-up is not great. There is a small window on the outside that can get backed up that blocks traffic to exit and cause long wait to get pick up food. If you park and go inside they ignore you for people paying and leaving their names to be seated.

I wasn’t going to write this as it happened 2 months ago and felt maybe it was a one time thing but after my mother’s experience with the same waitress today I have to say something. I took my special needs sister to get brunch one day to start our girls day we were having. The food was great. We went specifically because they had a seasonal watermelon lemonade and a few other things to try that people we know suggested. Everything was delicious. The food was not the problem. Prices were a little high for a diner but not terrible. We went specifically for these items and we knew it was going to be more than a typical diner. Again that was not the issue. The problem was the service was awful and I will not be going back. The blonde tall waitress with the glasses was rude and trying to rush us out since the moment we sat down. She had an attitude the whole time and barely came to the table. After eating, my autistic sister had syrup on her hands so she went to the bathroom to wash her hands. She was having issues in the bathroom getting the sink to work so she came out and asked me to help her so I got up to go help her figure it out (motion sensor sink and she just didn’t realize it) and this lady chased me down waving the check over her head as if I was trying to sneak out the back with out paying. Clearly I was headed to the bathroom and had left the food at the table. But she made it a point to chase me down and shove the check in my hand and gave me a dirty look and said “you have to pay.” The other waitress, short Latina woman, actually offered to help my sister and looked very apologetic and I was very thankful to her but this other lady clearly has something wrong with her to treat customers this badly. Now to today. My mother and her friends went for a ladies brunch. They go every few weeks and catch up and have a good time. Today they decided on this place for brunch. This same waitress had the nerve to go up to their table shouting “you’ve been here for 3 hours already and we have other customers you need to leave” so loudly another table started laughing. The funny part was there was literally one party waiting for a table with plenty of open seats. Absolutely rude and unhinged behavior towards paying customers. None of us will never be back and we will tell everyone to avoid this place unless you want to be treated poorly by a server with a permanent chip on her shoulder. Absolutely some of the worst service we have ever experienced. So unless you want to get yelled at by this lady or accused of trying to leave without paying go somewhere else. Editing to add: after seeing the owners response to others reviews that were “criticizing the place on social media instead of bringing it to their attention” even though the reviews state the owner refused to speak with the customers I can tell I’ve made the right decision and they just do not care.
