  I ordered a spicy McChicken meal through the ordering application, and when I arrived home the only thing that was missing was the spicy McChicken. THAT'S THE BASIS OF THE ENTIRE MEAL. Gas is $5 A gallon I can't afford to drive all the way back which is the reason I stopped here to eat in the first place because it's cheap. Conveniently, McDonald's doesn't offer the option to dispute orders through the mobile application. That just leaves me beat for what I paid for and hungry. My order was $8. It's not like I ordered a million things. It was literally the staple item of the entire order. Nothing I can do except be screwed at this point. Thanks employees.

  This McDonalds sucks. They had no customers and still let me sit at the drive through without acknowledging that I was even there or make any attempt to take my order. It was also a mobile order so they had the order well before I even got there. After I got fed up and finally left I could see the manager standing in the drive through window like a buffoon doing nothing and just staring at me with a blank look on her face... What are you even doing? Not working that's for sure. Customer service at its finest.
