- JNj ntoday1.0you have a higher chance of hitting the power ball than this dunkin getting your order correct. from toasted bagels not being toasted, bacon avocado toasts not having bacon, ordering mango pineapple refreshers to receive strawberry dragonfruit, ordering 2 breakfast sandwiches just to receive 2 coffee rolls?? not to mention the excessively long drive thru wait times. trying to get breakfast before work? be prepared to call out of work for the next 2 days in order to make time to even receive your order.

I went inside and let them know it was the wrong one and the woman snatched it out of my hand and threw it in the trash. Got the new one and slammed it on the counter across from where I was instead of bringing it back to me. Never once apologized or smiled or showed any sort of normal customer service. Extremely rude!! There was not even anyone in the store or drive through at the time. No reason to get an order wrong for one donut. Learn how to hire people that have customer service skills not just any random ignorant human being that walks in looking for a job. If you don't like your job go do something else. Not saying you have to be the happiest person on the planet but come on, have some common sense about how to handle that situation.

- JLJesica LynnMar 14, 20261.0I keep ordering "mix your own" refreshers from here, I get two parts strawberry dragon fruit and one part oat milk, and they keep sending me just full cups of milk, can you please stop, no one is ordering full cups of milk from Dunkin donuts. It would be nice if you actually put enough of the juice in the cup for once. When I'm ordering a drink with juice in it I shouldn't receive it pale as hell because it's completely full of milk.
