  Will literally never be back here. The workers made my coffee wrong and refused to remake it or give me my money back because “the drink was made correctly”. I ended up throwing the drink away and the male employee with long red hair said “well I would’ve drank that” WHAT SO YOU CAN DRINK THE COFFEE I PAID FOR?!? Disgusting. behavior, I will never be back. You shouldn’t go either.

  This dunkin' donuts, is by far the worst dunkin to go to. They're always out of more than one item. Every time I go, they never have donuts, after 10 AM. The employees are loud and rude. I listened to all types of music but when you walk into a retail establishment like a Dunkin, I don't think they should be playing rap music as loud as they were playing it. This is right on universal drive over a dozen stores. If this was just managed right? It could probably be a very profitable dunkin, but I'll never know i'm not going there no more.

  Terribly slow here. It was aggravating to stand in there for 20 minutes and watch the lady move like molasses just to put one thing in the oven and then them too busy chatting with each other to take care of customers. I watched an argument happened between a customer and find me who asked for a refund because he couldn’t wait any longer. Some nosy woman to his left started fighting with him because she thought he was being mean to the staff. But he was totally right. Behind me and people kept coming and going because they couldn’t wait that long. This is the slowest Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to!
