- NNNat nat3 days ago3.0I love how fast the drive-thru moves and how friendly most of the staff members are. However, I have had three instances in the last six months where items from my order are missing. I usually let it go, but today it was just outright disappointing. Typically I trust that everything is included and while I realize I should have checked the bag before driving away, it really does fall on restaurants to assure that customers get everything they have paid for in advance! So I get home today and I don't have my fries! I didn't want to go back because then the rest of my food would get cold but it was so unsatisfying to say the least. Fine, I try to make the best of it and just go about opening the rest of my meal. I take a bite of my nuggets and two of them are slimy and pink inside! Then, I take a sip of what is supposed to be ICED tea and there is NO ICE and it is HOT. Yuck! I typically don't write reviews unless it's an infuriating (or excellent) experience and this experience was very annoying after having worked all day and feeling hungry and just wanting what I ordered! I know it's important to keep the line moving but PLEASE implement a protocol or something to assure that no items are missing from orders! Please cook items to completion so that nothing is raw! And please make sure if a beverage is supposed to be ICED that it is so! I truly hate to be a negative Nancy, I just want good service, cooked food and what I paid for. To end things on a positive note, I do have to say, the workers taking orders are very polite, friendly and cordial.
